For the sake of accuracy as much as possible, there are two main sizes with only slight differences. Unfortunately, this is the easiest way I found to explain it without causing confusion.

1. Large: The total length of the belt from the middle of the buckle is 41 inches first hole is at 24 inches and the last hole is at 37 inches. This may fit L-XL

2. Regular: Total length is 38 inches the first hole is at about 21 inches and the last hole is at 34 inches. Fits XS-M.

The belt is 3 inches wide. Buckle is silver.
